That is the idea, if someone expert in this matter can clarify me if there is some programming language focused to 802.11.
I already know that for example, some programming languages are more focused with databases treatment or for web pages, and I wonder what programming languages are needed for wireless networks/Wi-Fi routers.
And if it may be better sorted by the degree of learning difficulty: from lowest to highest.

No existe realmente un lenguaje de programación “enfocado” a la programación wifi.
Existen CLI (conjuntos de ordenes en consola) muy potentes como tcpdump o tshark que permiten programar muchas cosas pero no son lenguajes de programación.
La piedra angular de Linux es el lenguaje C y la librería “dedicada al wifi” es libpcap. Con C y libpcap “eres el amo”… …Pero programar en C no es la cosa más simple del mundo 
Una buena alternativa podría ser usar scapy en** Python**.
